Bonobo Budget is a planning tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, credit, or professional advice.
All budget projections, savings timelines, debt payoff estimates, interest rate calculations, tax calculations, and credit balance calculations should be considered rough estimates only. They may not reflect real rates, balances, lender terms, tax obligations, or your actual financial situation.
You are responsible for checking important financial decisions with the appropriate professional, financial institution, lender, tax authority, or other source before acting on them.

Local-Only Data

In the base version of the app, your data is stored on your device. You do not need to create an account, and your budgeting data is not uploaded to a server.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any backups you choose to create. If your device is lost, damaged, reset, or deleted, your app data may be lost.

Accuracy and Availability

The app is provided as-is and may contain mistakes, bugs, outdated assumptions, or calculation errors.
Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Optional Paid or Server-Based Features

The base version of the app will always be free, ad-free, and account-free.
If optional paid or server-based features are added in the future, those features will be clearly explained before you use them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not responsible for financial losses, missed payments, tax issues, credit issues, data loss, or other damages that may result from using or relying on the app.
You use the app at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. If the app adds features that materially change how it works, especially paid features or server-based features, the terms may be updated to reflect those changes.
